I've been looking up info from the NRC and they have a brochure about the book. In the brochure they list some basic information, include kcal requirements for dogs, that show very different information from what you've listed the book as stating. I'm not yet convinced I need to purchase the book and was hoping you could confirm that the numbers for kcal, protein, fat, etc that you have listed are actually from the 2006 book?

All NRC recommendations are given per kilogram of body weight to the 0.75 power, not kilograms of body weight. You need a scientific calculator to determine your dog's body weight in kilograms to the 0.75 power. Unless you do this conversion, all of these recommendations will be wrong.
